As the office manager of LaGrow Irrigation, Lorraine LaGrow plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. With a deep-rooted connection to the company’s values, she brings both organizational expertise and a personal touch to every aspect of the office, from coordinating projects to managing client relationships.
Growing up in a family deeply committed to sustainable landscaping and efficient irrigation solutions, Lorraine is no stranger to the company’s mission of providing quality, eco-friendly irrigation services. Having been with the company for many years, she has seen LaGrow Irrigation evolve and grow, all while maintaining the close-knit, family-oriented culture that sets this company apart.

Kember
Kember has been a crucial member of our team since July 2022. In her role, she handles invoicing, sends out proposals, and manages most of the purchasing for the water department. Additionally, Kember serves as the Wauchula Office Manager, balancing her responsibilities between both the Sebring and Wauchula offices. Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that operations run smoothly, making her an essential part of our success. Kember's dedication and versatility contribute significantly to our team's effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Robert Cunti
Irrigation Install Lead
Robert Cunti is the dedicated lead of the Irrigation install crew at LaGrow Irrigation, bringing over 22 years of experience to the team. His extensive knowledge and expertise in irrigation systems make him an invaluable asset to the company. Throughout his time with LaGrow, Robert has demonstrated a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, contributing significantly to the success of various projects. His leadership and hands-on approach inspire his colleagues, ensuring that every installation meets the highest standards.
Field Manager
Mike Warner
Mike joined our team in May 2019, initially planning to work through the summer before returning to college in Maryland. However, he found his passion here and decided to stay on, starting as a team member in the irrigation installation crews. His dedication and skills led him to transition into the role of an irrigation repair technician, where he further honed his expertise. Mike also contributed to the water filtration side of the business, showcasing his versatility and commitment. Through hard work and determination, he has risen to the position of Field Manager, where he now supervises the team, quotes jobs, and ensures that operations run smoothly. Mike's journey reflects his growth and dedication to excellence in the field.

Toriann joined our team in August 2023 as our receptionist and has quickly become an invaluable asset to the company. In her role, she manages all scheduling and is the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service. Toriann is adept at answering questions from our service technicians and assists them with purchase orders when needed. Her friendly demeanor and organizational skills ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, making her an integral part of our team.
