About Us
LaGrow Irrigation and Welling was founded in 1960 by Lionel LaGrow and has stayed in the family, now owned by son, Keith LaGrow. LaGrow Services has been serving Highlands County and surrounding counties for over 55 years. LaGrow Irrigation and Welling, Inc. has grown so much over the past 55 years – in the early years, LaGrow established a reputation for excellence in water filtration as well as many other services. No job is too big or too small.
Projects have included a broad range from water treatment plants to the installation of and repair of pumps.
With three different divisions, we are your one-stop shop in Highlands County and the surrounding areas for all of your lawn, water, and irrigations needs. Led by owner, Keith LaGrow, we pride ourselves in providing the best possible customer service that has set us apart over the years.

Keith LaGrow
Owner
Keith has worked with the family business since 1979 and took over ownership of the company in 2007. The divisions include Irrigation, Water Filtration, and Lawn & Landscape Maintenance.
Lenice
Secretary/Treasurer
Lenice has worked with LaGrow since 2007 serving as the Secretary and Treasurer, also overseeing all of the office operations. Before 2007, Lenice held several roles where she managed all day to day operations of rapidly growing real estate and construction businesses.
Lorraine
Service Coordinator
Lorraine started working with LaGrow in 2017 and is an asset to our team. She is responsible for scheduling all of our services.
Mike Warner
Irrigation Services and Maintenance
Mike, known as “Mikey” to LaGrow, joined our team in 2019. As an already crucial member of the irrigation services and maintenance team, Mikey shares the business’ passion for customer focus and satisfaction.
Jason
Water Filtration Department
Jason joined our team in 2019 with our Water Filtration Department. Jason has quickly become a valued team member for water filter services and out of water calls.
Mike Foster
Irrigation Installations Crew Leader
As our esteemed crew leader for irrigation installations, Mike has been with LaGrow Services for over 15 years. Mike’s wealth of knowledge ranges from refurbishing old systems and troubleshooting issues to installing new customized systems.
Brennan
After joining LaGrow Services in 2017, Brennan’s knowledge of all service areas rapidly grew. His versatility within the company has proven invaluable; whether it’s storefront sales and customer contact, water filtration, or irrigation service and installations.
Steve
Maintenance and Installations
Steve’s focus since joining our team in 2013 has been primarily lawn and landscaping, both maintenance and installations. He continues to be a valuable team member in all departments and has recently added irrigation installations to his skill range.
Josh
Irrigation Services and Maintenance
Since 2018 Josh has been a critical and reliable member of the irrigation services and maintenance team. Josh is always ready to tackle the frequently complex trouble-shooting issues that the services team encounters.
